Who We Are
We are M2 Organizational Wellness, a collaboration between Marguerite and Malika, National Board Certified and Duke Health-trained Integrative Health Specialists with firsthand experience of burnout's toll on individuals, teams, and entire companies.
Malika holds a PhD in biology with published work in neurobiology and brings deep expertise from high-pressure academic research, biotech startups, and contract work in the pharmaceutical industry. Marguerite draws on a background in investment banking, corporate communications, and nonprofit organizing, with a deep understanding of the stressors embedded in high-demand environments.
Together, we combine science, strategy, and lived empathy to develop burnout prevention and recovery solutions that support both human well-being and organizational performance.
